Know where to meet after landing

Allow for leaving the aircraft, collecting bags and clearing immigration before meeting the vehicle; the meeting needs to allow for those arrival formalities.

Agree the airport meeting point and contact details before you travel. Keep the instructions available on your phone, including offline if useful. Confirm the terminal, exit or landmark and how to identify your pickup with the booking.

If you cannot find the agreed pickup, contact us from the meeting area and describe where you are. If your flight number, arrival time or travel date changes before departure, send the revised information so the arrangement can be checked.

Choose the arrangement for your passengers and luggage

Give us the number of adults and children alongside the luggage you are bringing. Count large suitcases as well as cabin bags, and mention a pushchair, sports equipment or other bulky items. A small passenger group can still need extra luggage space.

For a late scheduled flight, send the full details before you book and check whether the pickup and crossing can be arranged for that arrival. Check the crossing arrangements for your travel date, including the plan if the flight arrives too late for the intended connection.

Ask what waiting is included, how a delayed flight affects pickup and whether extra charges could apply. If you learn of a delay, missed connection or changed flight, contact us promptly with the new details. Agree how we will stay in touch and how any extra waiting will be handled.

Koh Lanta to Krabi Airport: plan around your flight

Arrange the return when booking your arrival, or once your onward flight is set. For the departure transfer, send your hotel, flight number, departure date and flight departure time. That is different from choosing the hotel pickup time.
